These terms govern your use of Filmina (filmina.app) and its software, including the browser extension, desktop app, and any related services.
1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with these terms and, if applicable, your Pro plan, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Filmina for non-commercial and commercial video viewing. Pro licenses cover one human user across all of that user's devices.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source of Filmina beyond what's permitted by applicable law
- Use Filmina to circumvent DRM, copy protection, or streaming-service terms — Filmina is a viewing tool, not a capture or extraction tool
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Filmina or your license key
- Use Filmina to harass, defraud, or harm others
3. Pro subscriptions and refunds
Pro plans are billed through Polar.sh. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until canceled; lifetime is a one-time charge. All plans come with a 30-day no-questions refund window — email support@filmina.app within 30 days of purchase and we will refund through Polar.
4. No warranty
Filmina is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility with every streaming service, every browser version, or every video codec. Where applicable law allows, our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
5. Termination
You can stop using Filmina at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend access for users who violate these terms, with prior notice where reasonable.
6. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be noted on this page and, where appropriate, in the extension popup.
